Learning Pool, a global provider of workplace learning and performance solutions, has changed its name to Confirm. The move reflects the company’s evolution beyond its roots in workplace learning, as its offering has expanded to connect learning, engagement, performance and compliance.
Alongside the rebrand, the company has launched its Workforce Enablement System (WES) – a category-defining solution designed to join the dots between disconnected workforce systems, turning fragmented insights into action.
Our new name reflects a simple truth: when you connect the dots, everything becomes clearer. Confirm is more than a new identity. It’s the next step in a journey we’ve shared with our customers for nearly two decades. We started in learning, but as our customers’ needs have changed, so have we. The reality is that learning, engagement, performance, and compliance have never existed separately – they’ve always been connected. Our role is to bring those connections together, helping organizations see the bigger picture, make better decisions, and build stronger, more capable workforces. That’s what Confirm stands for. - Lisa White, Vice President of Marketing at Confirm
A name that accurately described a business at launch may become increasingly narrow as the company moves into new areas. For Learning Pool, the shift to Confirm creates an identity that better reflects the broader role the business plays today and gives the brand room to evolve further.
The company also secured its Exact Brand Match (EBM) domain name Confirm.com. The matching .com gives the new identity a strong digital foundation, making the brand easier to recognize, remember and find, while supporting its continued growth.
